Guest Experience Associate
Part-time front desk role in New Haven, IN
You'll be the first smile our guests see. We're building a salon where every visit feels easy, friendly, and worth coming back for, and we're looking for someone with a real service mindset to help make that happen.
What you'll do
- Greet every guest warmly and make their visit easy and enjoyable
- Learn each guest's goals and recommend the right sessions, products, and memberships
- Check guests in and process sales using our salon software
- Clean and sanitize tanning beds and rooms after every session
- Keep the salon clean, stocked, and looking its best
- Answer phones and guest questions
- Open and close the salon
Who we're looking for
- Warm, upbeat, and hospitable, and you genuinely enjoy people
- A service mindset: you like going the extra mile
- High standards for cleanliness and an eye for detail
- Reliable, on time, and you take ownership
- Retail, hospitality, or salon experience is a plus, but not required
- 18 or older
